Privacy policy.

Auroa AI (“Auroa”, “we”, “us”) is an AI-powered product studio based in Istanbul, Türkiye. We design, build, and scale digital products for clients across the Gulf region, the European Union, and Türkiye.

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit auroaai.com (the “Site”), why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site only. Products we build for clients have their own privacy policies.

We collect very little, and only what is needed to run the Site and respond to you.

Information you give us

• Contact form. When you start a project through the form on our homepage, we receive your name, email address, company name (optional), and the message you write.
• Careers notifications. If you leave your email on our Careers page, we store it so we can tell you when a role opens.
• Direct email. If you write to us at info@auroaai.com, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request.

Information collected automatically

• Technical logs. Like any website, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) to keep the Site secure and available.
• Language preference. Your chosen language (English, Turkish, or Arabic) is saved in your browser’s local storage so the Site remembers it on your next visit. This never leaves your device.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-site profiling on this Site.

We use the data described above to:

• Reply to your enquiry and discuss a potential project with you.
• Notify you about open roles, if you asked us to.
• Operate, secure, and improve the Site.
• Comply with legal obligations that apply to us.

Our legal bases are your consent (when you submit a form), our legitimate interest in running the Site and responding to business enquiries, and, where relevant, the steps needed to enter into a contract with you.

We never sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the Site, and only to the extent needed for that purpose:

• Vercel — hosts and serves the Site, and processes technical logs as part of doing so.
• Supabase — stores our project showcase content and handles sign-in for our internal content dashboard.
• Google Fonts — delivers the typefaces used on the Site. Your browser requests font files from Google’s servers, which may record your IP address.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where required, transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Auroa, our clients, or others.

• Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for up to 24 months afterwards in case you return.
• Careers emails are kept until you ask to be removed, or until we stop maintaining the list.
• Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a short, rolling period and then deleted.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time (see “Your rights” below).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), or similar laws to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Have your data deleted.
• Restrict or object to how we process it.
• Withdraw consent you previously gave.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@auroaai.com. We will respond within 30 days.

The Site is served over HTTPS, and access to any stored enquiry data is limited to the Auroa team members who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.

The Site is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page always reflects the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted here.
